On Saturday my Sky Broadband decided it'd had enough and simply stopped working.  It took until Monday night for them to diagnose the problem and it won't be fixed until this Saturday (I'm quickly typing this on a break in work).  This does unfortunately mean this week's blog post will be a few days late, but on the plus side it did result in hearing the following hilariously useless message while on hold to Sky for twenty minutes on Monday night:

"If your Sky Broadband has lost its connection you can find tips on the help section of our website."

GBH would be proud.
